Middleton Family Medicine (MFM Health) has an incredible staff, physicians, and practitioners who go above and beyond to help! It doesn’t matter which physician or nurse practitioner you go to, as they all are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this practice!

I really do not like going to the doctor, but this practice has changed everything for me. On time, kind, courteous and the people working there seem to actually like their job. They are so pleasant. Every person I have come in contact with at this practice, whether it’s a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner, has been truly outstanding!

I initially called with a problem on a Saturday morning and was seen within an hour. Tests were arranged, and follow-up calls were made periodically, as well as another office visit to confirm that the problem was responding to the medication. Shannon and Adam were professional, thorough, and very helpful. I continue to be impressed with this practice.
