2. Why is MFM moving?
The new Danvers location allows us to expand our services further and enhance patient access to care with more space, in-house pharmacy services, and on-site clinical pharmacists.
3. What services will be available at the new Danvers location?
The Danvers site will house all primary and specialty care services under one roof and an on-site pharmacy with convenient home delivery.
4. Will the Middleton location still be open?
The Middleton location will remain open for Specialty Care visits through January 31, 2025, and for Primary Care, Women's Health, and Sports Medicine visits through late March (exact date TBD), when these services transition to our new home in Danvers. Our Middleton location will then become the new home of a new walk-in urgent care service - MFM Express.
5. What should I do if I have an appointment scheduled during the move?
We will notify all patients with appointments near the moving dates through text and email reminders to confirm their visit location. The location details will be included in these reminders, so please be sure to check them carefully. Updates about the move will also be shared on our website, social media (Facebook and Instagram), and our phone system.
6. Will my care team or provider change after the move?
No, your provider will remain the same. The move is designed to enhance access and services without disrupting your continuity of care.
7. How can I access the new Danvers location?
Our new Danvers office is located at 99 Conifer Hill Drive, offering convenient parking and full ADA accessibility. The location provides easy access from major routes, including Route 1, I-95, and Route 62, making it simple to reach us from anywhere on the North Shore. Detailed directions and parking information will be available on our website in early 2025.
8. Will this change impact how I schedule appointments?
No, you can continue to schedule appointments through our website or by phone as usual. Our real-time online booking system will remain fully operational during the move. Appointment reminders will include the location of your visit to ensure you go to the correct place, so please double-check the location listed in your reminders!
9. What pharmacy options will be available at the new location?
Our Danvers location will feature V-Care Pharmacy, opening in late Q1 2025. This on-site pharmacy will provide a wide range of medications, including specialty prescriptions, at lower costs. It will also offer convenient options, such as convenient home delivery of many medications. Additionally, skilled pharmacists will be available for consultations on medication management to support your healthcare needs.
10. What if I need a same-day sick visit during the move?
All primary care same-day sick visits will continue in Middleton until our primary care providers move to Danvers in late March.
11. Will the phone number remain the same?
Yes, all contact information will remain the same. You can reach us by phone, patient portal, or through our website for any questions.

Yes, you can still have your blood work, X-rays, ultrasound, and other diagnostic services at our new location at 99 Conifer Hill Drive in Danvers. These services will be available as follows:
Specialty Care Services (Behavioral Health, Dermatology, Endocrinology, and Gastroenterology) will transition to the Danvers location on February 3, 2025.
Primary Care, Women's Health, and Sports Medicine will move to Danvers in late March 2025.
Imaging and Radiology services will follow in mid-Spring.
After these transitions, all diagnostic and ancillary services will be offered exclusively at the Danvers location, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive care experience under one roof.
